Join us for a 2 day Pregnancy & Postpartum Pilates Workshop led by PSC Master Teacher Trainer Mandie Smith, a specialist in Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise.

TIME: 12:30 pm - 530 pm each day
PRICE: $599 Includes workbook +10 hours in studio immersion
CERTIFICATION: Optional Online Exam $50 through PSC
CEC’S: 16 NCPT credits given with certificate
BEGINNER - ADVANCED JUMPBOARD
CONTINUING EDUCATION CERTIFICATION
10/23 Friday - 1 pm - 4:15 pm $300
PSC Master Teacher Trainer & Amplified’s studio founder, Angela Pawlicki will lead this certification workshop. Attendees will learn Jumpboard Fundamentals, as well as advancements. We will discuss teaching Jumpboard in private sessions vs group classes. The workshop will incorporate props such as balls, hand weights & more. Upon completion you will have the tools to teach Jumpboard safely & effectively to both beginner & advanced clients.
A certificate of completion including NCPT CEC credits, will be handed out at the end of the workshop.
